5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the relevant proposal or Statement of Work. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhyPred Nexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. No Guarantees

While we strive to deliver high-quality services and advice, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, returns on investment, or results from implementing our recommendations. AI technology and business outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the relevant agreement. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
